Patty and Tom are amazing people. They are simply the best! We had such a great time and their kindness, location advice and hospitality were nothing short of incredible! We loved the breakfasts too! What a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Cooperstown. Thank you!

Very homey and comfortable. Location for us was perfect going to Cooperstown Dream park. Hosts Patti and Tom are great. Very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was excellent and always something new each day.
