Breakfasts are better than good. View is fantastic. Room is a suite.

Great sunset views. And the jetted tub is amazing. It’s close to town, but sounds of wildlife make it seem like you’re far away.

Parking can be a bit tricky.

Rocky is the perfect host and perfect breakfast Cook ever! The room is huge and Withings everything you need.

The room, the place, the breakfast, the welcome… everything was AMAZING!!!! Stunning view from room (which are huge!) and Ricky is very gentle and gives you a lot of tips to hang around Kona and Big Island! Very recommended, you will not regret!

It’s literally an accommodation next to a ranch. You see the ocean and mountain from your private balcony and see a farm from the common balcony at the dining area.

It’s more about my bad driving skill. The road is narrow and I had to get the host , Ricki to accompany me driving up from the bottom of the valley. He is super nice and very accommodating!

Host was so very helpful and friendly. Bed was the best! Breakfast was superb. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the farm activities with the ocean in view. Easy access to town & restaurants.

Adding a few plates and silver to kitchen would be great.
