"A gorgeous historical property that is immensely cosy run by amazing people."

Everything! They have restored a 200 year old house beautifully and it is a one of a kind place. Holly and Daniel are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond with everything and have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local area. The breakfasts are amazing, freshly cooked every day and made from scratch with love and passion. It seems to be a <30 minute Uber to everything we wanted to do which was ideal. We will 100% be staying here again in the future.

Honestly the worst thing we could think of was that the front door was a little stiff - not unexpected as it’s an original door 200 years old, though this was a complete non issue and we’re only putting it here because we had to put something!

Holly & Daniel are wonderful hosts. The property is appointed like a trip back in time, but with modern amenities. Holly’s breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, and Daniel’s presentation of the breakfast could not have been better!

My wife and I liked everything about the property. Our hosted a great job restoring this old Victorian and the breakfast were gluten-free and terrific.

Great staff in a beautiful, remodeled home! Breakfasts were fabulous. Excellent location in historic Allentown section of Buffalo.

The outdoor landscaping needed to be trimmed back since there were many brown plants, which detracted from the curb appeal of this lovely home. It would be a festive, welcoming addition to have a few mums and pumpkins on the front porch. For the evening arrival guests, it would be helpful to have their sign better illuminated. These are a couple of areas of improvement, but these are small points when compared to the home itself. It was the best Bed and Breakfast that we have ever stayed at in our travels!
