Nice home, easy location. WiFi strong. Air condition is fine.

Bed is not comfortable, a little dirty room.

The setup is in the basement I was very surprised there was a clean kitchen I was in the chic suite it was a big room with 2 beds a big tv with all the premium channels. They offered plenty of towels,toothbrushes/toothpaste, and soap the neighborhood is very nice I was only there for hours for an overnight layover. If I’m in town I would stay there again the price was great and I have zero complaints

It was nothing like the description of offerings. It was an Air BNB but sold has a hotel.

Peaceful stay...

No local tv channels...

-Nice, safe residential area about a 30 minute drive from DC -Coffee and cereals available -Lots of clean towels available

-The set up is just a little uncomfortable. We knew what we were getting into to try and save money staying a little outside DC but for there to be no contact at all available is a little unsettling, especially when guests are in close quarters and sharing a bathroom and kitchen space.

It's location and the price.

For the price, it was a good value, but in general it needs some work. We stayed in the Chique room (name?). It was well decorated, but the mattresses are old and not very comfortable. The shared bathroom needs some repairs and touchups. Even though it is someone's home, they need to treat this like having guests. The trees on the sidewalk around the house cover the sidewalk and force you on to the lawn. An empty coffee cup and paper were on the stairs down to the rooms. I should feel like I should stay again as it was so convenient (on my way home from DC), but I don't.

There was televisions carpets and junk on the front porch. The owner threatened me to crush me beat me up.
