Kitchen facilities are very good, good breakfast with lots of choices.

The mattress is way too soft, we almost felt we were halfway sitting up instead of lying down.

No complaints at all

Owner unlocked my door and came into my room while I was inside. Did not provide enough time to come to the door. House was covered in urine and not cleaned. Owner refused to talk to me to try and fix things.

Bathroom covered in many days of urine. Bathtub rails covered in months of hairspray, house throughout was not clean at all. Small messes were expected with the shared spaces, but this was far worse than should be allowed. Owner unlocked my door and came in after knocking but not allowing enough time for me to get to the door. Privacy in the private room was defiantly broken. Owner claims their is parking onsite, but they own many RVs for possibly a rental business and they take up all parking at the house. You need to park down the street. There is no lighting around the back of the property so if you show up late, make sure to have your own flashlight. Make sure you understand this place has a chance to be good, but they have a no refund policy no matter what, which they use to allow the house to become unsanitary and they do not care.

My room called Chic Suite or Budget double queen was very spacious with two beds, chest and a wardrobe. And a seating area with armchairs and a small table. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and sheets were clean. The price couldn’t be beaten. It was relatively close to my event at National Harbor - 10 minute ride by car/lyft. In the kitchen was a water cooler with hot and cold water and a selection of teas. There was also a keuric coffee machine with capsules (which I didn’t use)

The side features lot of pictures from the main house which is not part of the accommodations. Basically, they rent out the basement as airbnb. There’s 4 rooms that share the bathroom and small kitchen. Each room has an electronic lock on the door. The bathroom is in need for renovation. Kitchen is dated too. The included breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, cereal and eggs that you could prepare. There was tea, coffee and milk (regular and almond.)

I never got to stay there because the instructions wasn’t given until the next day the owner would not answer the phone and I ended up getting another place to stay and my money was taken
