Premier National Harbor House

Nice, cheap place to stay with easy access to DC via park and ride. The shared kitchen was very usable during our stay. We stayed in the basement but the room itself was nice.

We saw a few bugs crawling around inside the kitchen area

The price is a good value for the location.

It smelled like weed, probably from a previous guest. We had to kill several centipedes/millipedes, and there were a lot of pill bugs.

The kitchen set up and the extra toiletries were nice.

The furnishings! The mattress was very, very thin. The furniture looked like the 1960's and was worn out. The decor was creepy. I sent friends pictures and they could not believe it. They also need to trim the bushes from the walkway. You have to walk in the wet grass to get around them.

The television didn't work and I didn't know who to call

I attended a convention at Gaylord Resort and Convention. It was $400 a night there so I looked for a cheaper alternative and this house provided that. It was clean and safe.

The water pressure in the shower was low. There’s one bathroom you are sharing with two other rooms which can accommodate four people. I stayed with four other people who attended the same convention. The created a very busy bathroom in the morning!

It was essential to the main spots that I need to be at.

My room particular was dusty, the bathroom in it self needed more cleaning more home incense.
