"Lodge and staff were great; other guests ruined our stay"

The Lodge and grounds were beautiful. The staff was great and did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Nothing quiet about our stay. Fire drill at midnight the first night; kids screaming and banging on doors until 11 the second night. Our car got dinged, not a small dent, in the parking lot. I had to put water in the single cup coffee maker Every. Single. Time. I wanted coffee. Several other guest related incidents - how many such instances, which were not the fault of the Lodge, will you tolerate before you decide you won't return. Not sure what our limit was, but we definitely passed it.

"Beautiful and Peaceful Stay! Definitely Returning!"

What an exceptional find! We will definitely return! Delightful boutique hotel with lovely history. Beautiful grounds, very peaceful and comfortable. Close to the interstate and key attractions and yet tucked away in privacy as if you were in an oasis. Breakfast was buffet style, but very fresh and well displayed. Coffee, tea , and hot chocolate available on the first floor for guests. Jewel was fabulous and spent time with us upon arrival to answer questions and give us some of the history of the house and property.

Absolutely NO complaints. We wished we could have spent more time here!

"Very warm & inviting"

The Bed & Breakfast was beautiful. Most of the bedrooms were very spacious. We were on a family reunion. Booked 9 out-of 10 rooms. We gad access to the grounds as well as a game room

"A really lovely place to relax"

I loved this place. It was so relaxing I never wanted to leave.

I really don't have anything that I didn't like. Maybe a mini fridge in the rooms, but I understand it may take away from the vibe and might not work in this beautiful house.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the breakfast was delicious, and the grounds were incredibly picturesque. We will definitely return to the area just so we can stay here again!
