Farrell House Lodge at Sunnybrook Trout Club

Oh my goodness! I cried when we left. I love this place. The breakfast was excellent and everything was super clean. I could live there forever!!

The location was breath taking. So many weeping willow trees, beautiful flowers and serene streams if was easly to find peace. It was tucked away very nicely. The breakfast was very nice breakfast Casserole, bacon, sausage, breakfast breads, fresh fruit, french toast bake, orange juice and water. Also the housekeeper was very nice and sweet.

1-Welcoming sign. It was very hard to see the sign for the location. To many trees in the way and to far from the road. If we didn't have our GPS telling us where it was we would of drove right past it. 2- The room we booked with first was small and cozy but the toilet had a leak and the bed was nit comfortable at all. The bed felt like uncle festers bed from the Adams family. It was going to suck ya up whole. They where nice enough to move us to another room which was bigger and had a full shower and tub. But the problem in that room was the bed was very hard on the back and ever move ya take it would creak. So it was like moving from Uncle festers room to gomez and mortisas room.

We loved the property and being able to walk around and sit on the porch and just relax.

Location was amazing

Beautiful and welcoming! We were greeted immediately upon arrival, very amiable and made us feel at home. This was especially nice, since we were tired after driving. The entire property is amazing, very serene and peaceful. Loved this place, we will absolutely be back, only next time for longer than 1 night. The breakfast was absolutely awesome as well.

Food was delicious and views of the grounds lovely. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Just some items that may need attention. Dan knows about the shower door in room four. Also the blind in the room doesn’t close in both directions. The microwave in the game room in on a very wobbly file cabinet. The bed is very creaky but it is a beautiful piece. If you can find a small stand for the bathroom in four I’m sure the ladies would appreciate it.
