The breakfast was good and the girls working there were friendly.

When it came time to pay, I was called into an office where a cranky man took my payment as though I were inconveniencing him terribly. Not sure what I did wrong? Sorry for exisiting 🥲 card payment is not accepted. There was no hot water during my stay and the bin in the toilet wasn't changed.

the most importnt was about respected and a real helpful staff adn management. also the environment was cozy.. therooms has window wich u can feel the best air conditioning.

When we booked we requested a breakfast that did not contain any dairy products (cheese, milk, yoghurt, butter). We also explained this when we checked in. This message was not passed on to the staff on duty in the morning. Stale bread and a bit of cheese is not a good breakfast for the lactose intolerant. I like a firm mattress but the bed was uncomfortably hard so my wife and I had to improvise to get a comfortable night's sleep. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling.

The room was absolutely tiny , no place for my suitcase , the air conditioned was too big for this little room, right up my head, so couldn't not turn it on because otherwise I would get sick. The bathroom was even more little , old and shower had no pressure , it was impossible to wash my head But the worst was that they started to make a LOT of noise moving furniture and speaking on their mobile without any respect for their guests . I asked several them times to stop it as we needed to rest , but they did not care By breakfast time , which was also quite poor ( not even eggs provided ) I explained them patiently that I did not sleep at all due ther noises on the courtyard , to my huge surprise the guy that was in charge started to tell me that I did not respect their religion asking them to not make noise .... What an unbelievable psychopath. behaviour , lying in my face because there were other guests who had just arrived.... It seemed very dangerous to me, I left inmediately even though my romm was payed for the next 2 days

Common area on the roof needs reneuwal. Difficulties on getting registration slips for both money exchange and leaving the country

Nice roof terrace that is unfortunately entirely underutilised. 4 topchans but only 1 with cushions.

Shower: Good pressure on cold, no pressure at all on scolding hot. Impossible to regulate. Receptionist often not present, they should put opening times for reception.

The staff was talking very loud since 5.30 am , moving heavy noisy stuffs and talking with the mobile . I could not sleep , even though I asked them to be quiet they did not respect it . Then when I came down for breakfast the manager talked to me in very bad manners as I wanted to cancel the following days , I asked him to stop many times but he continued until I left , following me everywhere I moved on the hotel , completely inappropriate and upsetting . Also he did not want to give me the payment receipt for my stay . He started to lie that I did not respect their religion because I complained about the noises , but it wasn’t the singing or praying from the mosques , it was them talking on the phone and between them very loudly . Rooms were very tiny with air conditioning over your head , therefore not possible to be used . Not recommendable at all
