Расположение очень хорошее, прям за площадью, но народ толпами мимо не ходит. Минус в расположение рядом строится гостиница, бывает шумно, но ночью тихо. Живете как в гостях. Из ванных принадлежностей только мыло, фен есть. Принято ходить по дому босиком, тапок нет. Чайника и чая в номере нет, но если попросить всё приносят. Веранда где накрывают завтраки с видом на старый город, три небольших стола. Завтрак: орешки, блины, яичница, творог, каймак, варенье, хлеб, чай. Персонал на русском не понимает. Одна девушка говорит на английском. На улице скамейка, можно посидеть и на веранде приятно пить чай или кофе. Соотношение цена качество соответствует.

Нет никаких ванных принадлежностей. Нет чайника, чашек в комнате. Комната не проветривается, так как окна на стройку выходили, но не во всех номерах. В те номера, в которых окна не настройку, необходимо проходить через хозяйский зал.
