Struttura molto semplice, pulitissima e molto accogliente, la famiglia che la gestisce è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Dispone di un servizio taxi da e per l'aereoporto e per gite fuori porta, inoltre è disponibile per la preparazione di pranzi e cene, nonché per la lavanderia. La posizione è eccezionale in pieno centro storico. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Super consigliata

Good location in the center of Khiva

Staff unfriendly, everything has a price tag. Beware the registration paperwork. They registered us for 2 nights not 4. Refused to rectify their (deliberate) error, refused to give us a receipt for staying to prove 4 nights not 2. Tourist police involved trying to rectify as we may have problems leaving on the land border. Totally unsatisfactory outcome and our Kazakhstan trip in jeopardy. There are plenty of well located hotels within Khiva so best advice to avoid this one.

Великолепный сытный завтрак. Прекрасное расположение. Приветливое обслуживание. Чистая комната.

Пожелаем повышения комфортности в номерах - не хватает мест хранения.

イチャン・カラ内にあるホテルで、ホテル内は靴を脱ぐという日本人には嬉しいスタイルです。部屋はウッディ+ウズベクぽさがある内装、バスルームもきれいです。スタッフは最低限英語が通じサバサバした接客で好き嫌いが分かれそうですが、個人的には好みでした。朝食を2階のテラスでいただきましたが寒さを防ぐ透明フィルムで囲まれていて快適、食事も素朴だけれど美味でした。

クレジットカード払いができるようになるとよりありがたいです。

интересный опыт проживания с местной семьей - семья с детьми живет в одном доме с туристами, и это очень нестандартный туристический опыт! вкусный простой завтрак, чистый номер, классные удобные матрацы. можно бросить вещи в номере рано утром и идти гулять по городу. вернусь сюда еще! рахмат :)

"Excellently placed homestay guesthouse - sharing facilities with the family."

Perfectly placed small guesthouse within the old town. Pleasant indoor/outdoor balcony which would be very pleasant in the hotter season. the family was very welcoming and friendly. Very good simple and ample breakfast. Bathrooms and showers were good.

(not a negative) Be aware you share common spaces with the family and the reference to a shared kitchen is the opportunity to use their kitchen
