"Clean stay in the heart of the city, great breakfast...but where is you smile?!"

Great location! You in the middle of the ancient city!!! Very clean, everything is both authentic and in good condition. The terrace with good view. The breakfast is great: pancakes, jam, omlet, fruits - and you eat it on pleasant terrace!

Communication with personal is poor. I asked about location in advance and didn't get answer. Only one teenager-girl speaks English, and other don't speak English or Russian, and you had to wait that only one English speaker to ask something. Another problem: personal is gloomy and communicate without any smile - come on!!! this is the sunny Uzbekistan and we need your smile and hospitality in communication at our vocation! :-)

This place is trully exceptional. Family run with attention to guests well being. Breakfast was amazing, especially the crepes and yoghurt. Wonderful terrace with a nice view. Very next to all tourist spots in Khiva. Thank you so much for having us and taking this amazing care of us, Abdulla!

Excellent location. Beautiful family. Homely environment. Delicious food served by the family. Very neat clean, homely, beautiful place to stay in Khiva. Perfectly located not too close to the hustle bustle nor too far from it.
