Posizione all'interno delle mura, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni. Personale gentile e disponibile: ci hanno dato la camera già alle 7 del mattino e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli dopo il checkout. Colazione abbondante e varia. Caffè e tè sempre a disposizione nel salone.

Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato gli spazi comuni, dove si può stare seduti tranquilli a bere the o caffè e fare due chiacchiere con gli altri ospiti. Le stanze sono grandi e lo staff è molto disponibile e accogliente. L'ultimo giorno siamo andati via presto e ci hanno preparato la colazione take away. Posizione perfetta: in pieno centro, ma su una via silenziosa e tranquilla

The room is spacious and the overall environment is comfortable

They register me on the system one day later than they should, leaving one day unregistered. I am susceptible to a big fine and interrogations when I exit the country. Allegedly their computer weren't working that night, but they have cell phones, don't they? Don't pay any hotels unless you see the registration slip of your arrival already. Don't just ask for it when you leave. They might save one or two dollars, but the risk of a hundred dollar fine is yours. How can they be so selfish?
