The hotel is in a very convenient location for visiting Khiva. The staff is also very friendly, and the breakfast they prepare is truly delicious. Having only stayed one night in Khiva, we asked the staff in the morning if we could leave our luggage there, and they were happy with it.

At first we actually had a good time at the hostel. It was okay for the price and location, the communication was fast and the guy at the reception helped us with questions as far as he could. But once we were in the train to Bukhara we noticed we lost our smartwatch/apple watch. We could see that it was still at the hostel, so we tried to reach the hostel to get it back immediately. Unfortunately they didn’t contact us as fast anymore. They only said ‘yes’ that they’ve found the watch and then they stopped replying. Tried to contact them for a week to get it back but no replies and no Apple Watch back….

주인이 일처리를 잘하셔서 좋았어요. 무엇보다 손님들 편의를 최대한 봐주셨고, 아침식사가 풍성하고 너무 맛있었습니다. 편안하게 쉴수있는 숙소입니다.

2층방에 암막커텐을 치면 좋겠어요. 새벽부터 햇빛이 너무 밝게 방을 비추네요^^
