Mom's homestay

The room was nice and clean and the walls decorate with bamboo pannels. There is a nice courtyard with a small swimming pool and a bar. The three ladies (grandmother, mother and daughter) are really nice and helped us organising the transfers. It's possible to rent bikes or motorbikes in the hotel. Mom's Is located 5-10 walking minutes from the centre of Tam Coc, in a quiet area.

We had lunch only once there but the chicken that we had wasn't good at all, and a bit overpriced comparing to the other places in Tam Coc. Breakfast was a bit disappointing too (you can choose only one option between bread or eggs or pancakes...), but there is also a pro: they offer you always fruit.

Supportive, bilingual front desk. The 4 month old female puppy that belongs to the homestay, SO SWEET! Nice comfy pillows and bed.

Winding alleyways if you are on foot commuting to the Tam Coc Wharf area.

Amazing place, close to the centre, lake and restaurants. The owners (family) are extremely helpful. All the facilities were clean and comfortable.

location is very pretty, the breakfast the lady of the house made for us was stellar.

the room had a balcony door that could not be locked, the pictures online are a bit old. the rooms are dated. the beds could have been more comfortable

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful! The room and bathroom were big and clean, can't ask for much more.

The air conditioning was old and noisy plus the pool didn't look super clean (would've been nice to swim but didn't look too inviting)
