Mom's homestay

Wonderful, friendly staff. Good sized room, cleaned every day. Good location, 5-10 min walk from centre so nice and quiet. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved it here. Mom is the most kindest lady I've met so far on my travels and you can see her passion for caring!! The rooms were great value and the breakfast was great I recommend the eggs you get a massive baguette warm and crispy with it! I don't normally leave reviews but on this I had to.. it's a really small 200m walk into town. And you can also borrow the bikes. Thanks for an amazing stay me and my wife loved it!

Great little gem, really friendly family hosting, room was Comfortable and photos accurate, bike or scooter hire available daily, 5 minute walk into Tam Coc centre, surrounded my natural beauty, breakfast was tasty and cooked fresh.. Highly recommended,

Nothing not to like about this place

Where do I start? Everything here was perfect. The room was very clean and aesthetic, the hotel is located in central location but in a quiet area. And the owner.. best hosting I’ve had during all my travelling. Really like “mom” haha. Highlyyy recommend!!!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Place is very clean and in a perfect location. Very affordable, with possibility to rent motorcycles for cheap. Excellent choice of breakfast for FREE! If you want to stay in tam coc, this is definitely the best money can get.

the smell and the bugs! my clothes ended up stinking of drains because our room smelt so bad, the toilet constantly smelled awful and it made it very hard to enjoy our big room. there were also so many mosquitoes and we had no way to get them out other than try squish them all but they seem to still get through somehow. The noise was also terrible from next door which I know is not their fault but loud music playing from 5am was not the one and we barely got any sleep for 3 nights.

Very friendly service every day, after check-out they let us stay for several hours until our night bus to the next destination, they took our heavy bags to the bus for us.

The breakfast was ok but not great, we did our laundry which was mediocre, the name of the place is not Mom’s Homestay anymore so we were confused at arrival when there was no sign at the reception

Our bus arrived at 4am on the night that we were checking in, but the lady messaged us to say to ring her when we arrive and she will get up to check us in so we can sleep, which we were really thankful for! The staff were really friendly and made us pancakes to takeaway at the end of our trip when we were catching a bus early morning.
