The breakfast is always great. I've been there a few times before. On those other stays I had lovely rooms, especially the one downstairs in the front of the property. The management team that liaised with me prior to my arrival was friendly and courteous. They always are, even on my previous stays. The location is good, and in a safe area with access control gates. The bedroom is neat, the bed is as well.

This time, I did not enjoy the room that I was assigned, at the back. It was stuffy. Try to air the rooms before hand. One of the staff members in the kitchen could try and be more friendly. When I went by the kitchen to return my key, I handed it to her and she looked at me and pointed with her eyes that I should leave it on the counter, no verbal communication. Not even a gesture to take it from me, as I had my hand stretched out towards her. It may sound trivial but it came across as rude. It will also be nice to check with guests if they are awake for the room to be cleaned, or if they want to sleep in that morning.

Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung.

Es gab Probleme bei der Anreise innerhalb der checkin Zeit.Trotz Klingeln,anrufen und Nachricht wurden wir nicht gehört. Erst nach Dauerhupen und lang Warten erhielten wir Einlass.Die genannte Adresse stimmt nicht mit der Position auf der digitalen Karte überein.

Ease of access. Close to malls and fast food places. Love the breakfast variety. Pool accessible at any time.

Comfort was almost compromised because the water wasn't that hot in the morning.
