The neighborhood is quiet; staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is mostly clean

Little bit of wear and tear on the painting and finishes because of the coastline climate. Odd bit of rust here and there but it's no train smash - just needs some touching up

Room 9. Most comfortable bed and pillows spacious room and bathroom, most friendly and helpful managers and staff, delicious breakfast, tea/coffee facilities in room, outside garden area with tables and chairs, TV that works, fridge in room, choice of bath or shower, easy access from freeway.

Neighbouring house security bright light shines into room. Could consider blockout blind?
