Bed very hard, Shower blocked and water was cold. Room attached to main house where the owner or care taker is staying. A child crying at night and very early in the morning. No Bathing soap, No toilet paper and towels only provided for one person . No drinking water provided.

I had the worst experience, i booked on time when i arrived at Westbourne i called the number on the banner so that they can open the gate for me and i was told that the bnb is fully booked i need to check in at top town, i had to request another ride/cab to the place.

Communication is the key. You should have communicated with me

Just the location of the facility. Its in a quiet part of Queenstown.

The place is bad. Just bad. Its not even supposed to be listed on booking.com. Its just an embarrassment.

Everything was good except minor items like fixing / repair of shower drain which takes time to soak away water

The issue of breakfast, we were hoping that the property is serving breakfast and that was not the case, we were forced to go to town for breakfast.
