The stuff was nice and receptive despite the predicament I faced, I cannot fault them.

I was attending a business outside Queenstown, so I chose the establisment based on its location convenient to my needs. On reaching the establishment I was tood they were fully booked and had to be transferred to the other one on the far end of the town, which that was a great disappointment and inconvenience. Should the establishment be honest that they are fully booked, I would have booked an alternative facility. The alternative accomodation was horrible. The bed was hard, no flat sheet, torn towels, no floor mats and bathroom mats.

I didn't sleep there i need a refund

Everything was not as expected, in fact i went to Westbourne and I was told we are fully booked and i was sent to another place we i didn't book for

I liked everything, from the warm welcome to friendly goodbye

There's nothing I didn't like
