I think the owner should get to visit similar businesses in the hospitality industry, to conclude worst experience of a Bnb that I've ever had.

The cleanliness, blankets smelling good

No Netflix, no wi-fi, no toilet paper, no options for coffee or tea.

I booked at Eagle Nest, when I had arrived they did not open instead I was reffered to a different place.

The none communication and them accepting a booking to later move me on arrival

Friendliness from the host and she goes an extra mile to make sure her guests are comfortable, the apartment is very neat. Client centricity is her strong point.

There is nothing that I did not like, everything was perfect.

I paid for accommodation then I was told the place if fully booked. I am still waiting for my refund from who referred me to this place.
