The owner called immediately after I completed my booking to check on my checking time.

Not applicable . It would help to get refreshments like tea/coffee and water as a welcome drink including in the morning.

"I let within few minutes in the place, in as much I I return the key at the time I said I will leave"

"The location is good"

I did not pay for breakfast but was expecting to have tea facility in the room instead of using the common room for tea.

I would recommend tea facility in each room
