"Slightly disappointing end to a wonderful holiday."

Rondavels were lovely with a very nice bathroom. They were walking distance to bars and restaurants. The pool was nice and there was good secure parking.

We would have appreciated the offer of help with our luggage. The road noise was greater than expected. Unfortunately bush fires, when we were staying, precipitated us leaving after one night, we left because of the smell of smoke in the room and the worry of the fires. We were slightly disappointed, due to the circumstances, to be charged the full rate for the 3 night stay.

"Op loopafstand van het dorp"

De ligging is goed. Franschhoek is veilig en gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de gastvrouw was vriendelijk.

De kamer, koelkast en badkamer hebben een keer een heel flinke schoonmaakbeurt nodig. De douche loopt niet goed af, dat zou opgelost moeten worden.

The Roundhouse accomodation was lovely, the room is spacious and the bed is very big and comfy. The shower is great, powerful, and hot! Debbie and Lee made us feel very welcome, very good communication both before and during our stay. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning, and while you eat, you can watch the weaver birds greedily feeding on Debbie's bird feeders.Their property feels safe and has secure parking. It's only a short walk to lots of the bars and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Some noise from the road, but the quality of Debbie and Lee's accomodation makes staying there a lovely experience.

"Etape idéale à Franschhoek"

L'accueil des hôtes, le petit-déjeuner, les oiseaux à contempler dans le jardin (Bob en particulier!), les rondavelles très confortable et très bien équipées, la proximité du centre-ville et du musée des huguenots (on peut tout faire à pied)

Le petit bémol est la présence de la route toute proche mais sinon, rien. Quand je reviendrai à Franschhoek, je reviendrai ici
