I booked via booking.com and I received confirmation but when I got to the property it was around 2h00am and they just told me they're fully booked, they didn't update their online bookings. This was a serious inconvenience for me. Had to drive around at night to physically look for guesthouses as most of them were not answering the phone. I don't think I'll ever book this property since they're not professional coz this is likely to happen again

"A great stay at Balcony Manor"

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and warm. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

There were guests who made noise, but the hosts managed to calm them. Situation beyond the control of the host. But they managed the situation properly.
