Bougain Villa Guesthouse

Cindy, the front office manager, was exceptional - friendly, helpful and went out of her way to ensure our needs were taken care of to the best of her ability. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the good bed linen.

No free wifi. The rate paid in our view should have included it, especially as the guest house is located to attract road travel stop overs and virtually every guest house we have stayed at now offers it as a matter of course. The breakfast served was good but at R90.00 each, filter coffee should be part of the offering, rather than help yourself instant coffee.

The staff welcomed us with open arms and was friendly and very helpful. The house has lots of history and character. It was clean and a nice view over the bowling club. All the facilities were working as expected

Cindy was a delight. She was extremely friendly and she made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable.

Room was spacious and i lived the bath. Cindy, the managaress, was very friendly and helpful

It would have been good if a light meal could be offered- sandwich or pie. We were tired from the drive and didn't want to go out again. Matrass too soft and bed creaks when you move

The location was perfect, it was close to everything, was nice and clean and Cindy was super helpful.

The place just needs some WiFi otherwise no complaints.
