Very noisy room that seems to back onto staff quarters. Could hear people in kitchen and child crying in day and night. Door wtih glass window seemed to back onto kitchen facilities. Room was next to electronic access gate with cars in and out. Very noisy and disturbing. Sleep was disturbed. The toilet and shower was part of the bedroom room and not a separate untit. Very unpleasant with such a small room. This was not made clear at time of booking. Sash windows very old and poorley maintainted. Struggled to close and lock them upon arrivial in evening. 1st morning - left message with staff on duty to ask manager to call me at work and requested another room. Staff on duty did advise that another room was open. No response from manager on duty. Manager was not on duty at 8:30. 1st night returned to room after work to find cleaners had left window wide open for anyone to come in and take our things left in room. No security bars on sash windows 3rd morning - again manager was not on duty by 9:00. I found that the room was not accurately advertised and that the stay was noisy and unpleasant. What made things even more disappointing is that the manager was late to the office 2 of the 3 mornings we tried to ask for assistance and that the staff on duty were either not trained adequently or no willing to assist.

Parking not sufficient / big enough to cater for larger vehicles. Found a scorpion in our room and door lock did’nt work

Staff were really helpful and friend. Place was clean.

1. Could not enjoy the television as the DSTV connection was offline. The gentleman at the reception said it was due to the weather. That was kind of strange. 2. Room 16 - The king size bed was really uncomfortable. Due to the fact that it sunk in on both sides. Owners need to look at replacing it. 3. On the last day the electricity went out, not sure why but communication from the owner would have been appreciated.

Sommige dingen net niet goed afgewerkt. Keuken uitrusting is minimaal. Geen scherp mesje of vaatdoekje/handdoek/theedoek aanwezig. Zwembad beetje vies en al onze badkleding vergeeld.
