The hostess Villieria from start to finish was wonderful ! She made us feel at home and made our stay a real pleasure. The room was great and the breakfast was lovingly prepared and served. The location was great and the walk down to and along the rocks was very peaceful. I highly recommend this place. Ray Haakonsen

We felt very comfortable thanks to the warm hospitality of Villieria. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was freshly prepared. Thank you for the wonderful stay – we’d love to come back.

It was an absolute delight staying at Villiera's lodge. Our room was perfect with a lovely balcony offering sea views. Perfectly located in De Kelders, Villiera gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If visiting the Gansbaai area, I highly recommend staying at The Bay Lodge.

I liked everything about our stay. comfy bed.and pillows,warm shower every time,clean bath towels,,room cleaning services every day, delicious breakfast,sea view from room just beautiful,love the balcony overlooking the ocean, best location,near Hermanus with lovely beaches for swimming and fishing.Easy check in and check out. You can come and go as you like.The friendliest host by far. Her name is Villieria. She makes us feel so welcome, always making sure we have everything we need. Extra kitchen upstairs next to the rooms, a bonus with microwave, fridge, cutlery and Zink for washing dishes ,available for use for guests.Down stairs is the breakfast area with main kitchen.Villieria has a funny spontaneous professional personality. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again.
