The location of the guesthouse the breakfast, the view, the service, the hospitality of the owner (a very nice lady!) were amazing !!!! The owner gave us very helpful advice for our stay and for our trip and she even recommended us an extaordinary restaurant and she also booked us a table there! Furthermore she offered us to book all our wished activities for us, like e.g. whale watching boat cruises, etc. . She even recommended us a particular company for the whale watching which really was the best one! Our room was quite big and very cozy and nice, also very neat and we had everything we needed! For example we had a hot water kettle with tea and coffee, a big flatscreen smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc. , a very big, cozy and comfotable bed, etc. And we even had a beautiful ocean view from our bed.... It was really amazing! We got more than enough value for our money.... !!!! We can highly recommend this guesthouse and we would even say it is the best choice (especially when looking on "value for money") in the area of Gaansbaai and De Kelders! We would in any case love to come back again! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

It honestly felt like being welcomed by your favorite fun aunt ❤️ it’s not fancy but it has everything you need and the fact you get a PROPER home made breakfast is just the cherry on top! The rooms are clean and the bed was so comfortable. We felt so at home and so safe that it took seconds to fall asleep and the fact you could often still hear the ocean was even better! The view was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy and fast. Just a wonderful part of the beach. We also got a GREAT recommendation to eat at „The great white house“ which was great!
