Le Petit Karoo

Le personnel très arrangeant. Nous avons eu l'occasion d'essayer la tente de luxe, la honey moon et la chambre familiale et toutes ont une super vue et sont très confortable. Le repas du soir (autruche !!) était excellent.

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Blick über die Landschaft. Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft und herzliche Gastgeberinnen mit einer Leidenschaft für's Kochen. Also unbedingt ein Dinner buchen, falls möglich!

The location is absolutely beautiful, and the views are truly amazing. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the start. Unfortunately, the food was extremely overpriced for what was offered. We chose the three-course dinner and were quite disappointed. The meal consisted of two small vetkoeks with a garden salad, spaghetti with cream, and a passionfruit pudding. The pudding was nice, but overall the dinner was definitely not worth the price. That being said, I wasn’t feeling well that evening, and the staff were kind enough to bring our dinner to the room, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. I also would have liked clearer communication about the food beforehand. When I asked a few days before our stay, I was only told we would be having a “cream pasta dish,” which turned out to be a carbonara. As I don’t eat pork, it would have been helpful to know exactly what each dish included. Aside from the food, the experience was lovely the setting is stunning, and the owners are genuinely very nice.

Etwas höher gelegen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in unserem Zelt mit Aussicht sehr genossen. Auf kleinem Raum fehlte es an nichts. Das englische Frühstück wird erweitert mit Yoghurt, frischem Obst, Cerealien und Marmeladen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wer eine ruhige Unterkunft zur Erkundung der Gegend rund um Oudtshoorn sucht, liegt hier richtig.

Lovely place with great views. Staff were super friendly. Very peaceful.
