The friendliest staff I’ve come across. The two women who run the place do so with incredible care and dedication. Big ups to them 🙌🏾

Just the one big pool was a bit dirty, water issues I get it. Otherwise my stay was fantastic.

The staff were excellent we had a lovely welcome from Messi. The rooms are clean and comfortable . Felix rooms over looks the Lion enclosure. Breakfast was very tasty. The closeness to the predators is amazing. To hear the lions roar at night is extraordinary bonus.

The dirt road is doable in a normal sedan but not a great road.

Animals, otherwise there was nothing interesting

Music is not allowed, wifi not working they will lie and tell you tomorrow, Breakfast is between 9 to 10 but you will arrive at 9 and get your breakfast at 10, you don't choose what you eat they just prepare the breakfast from the kitchen and bring what you don't eat. Linen is not worth it, no bathing soap, pool water dirty, place not clean, unexpected electricity loadshedding, after 19h00 no water for bathing and toilets, no kettle and tea bags, sugar in room, I requested ommulet before departure but it was made of ham and cheese only, this was my worst trip, I'm regretting I just wasted my money 😭😭while preparing food pats and dogs just enter the kitchen. No hygiene at all. But animal feeding was OK.

Seeing the animals

The rooms are not clean, the food served was not nice, especially dinner. You never get to be asked what would you would love to eat, we even skipped dinner last night and breakfast this morning. The room. We slept in was leaking because of rain. The bathroom bowl is brown, our hygiene is never considered. We were put in a storeroom, all the lodge's towl and blankets were in our room. Animal hairs all over, couches and dining hall chairs extremely dirty. The owner must improve and health inspectors must visit that place often.
