The workers were very warm and the host was not around Mercy tried her best to make us comfortable

It was only us the guests .The bathrooms were leaking it was a mess no normal human being can sleep in that room .we booked for all meals . we were not given any choice . The host was not around and she did not buy groceries for breakfast there was no yogurt for cereals and the milk was spoiled . for lunch and dinner it was burger and i end up buying my own meat and ask the lady by the name ofMercy to prepare us a proper meal not the burgers that we were offered and i sent a watsup msg to the host informing her about my concern and she did not respond

We enjoyed our stay at Simba Lodge it was a very great experience. we had a very friendly staff her name is Mercy, she made us feel welcome amidst the crazy restrictions that were imposed.

The owner(white) lady seems to be Discriminatory based on skin color, she interacts mainly with white guests and sets so many restrictions and overpricing so many things the could even be offered for free.

The wattsup only communication method, I wish there can be a verbal telefone communication method in place, because network is a problem in that area before you reach the facility.
