Seeing the real animals as advertised. Staff were so helpful whenever help is needed.

The road has too much sand and we got stuck in the sand when trying to get to town, we got assisted thank God,. The gate with lions statues needs cleaning. The entrance to reception looks like a dumping site, basin and shower taps dysfunctional., toilet leaking. The place just needs renovations, new taps and touch ups on the roof will do.

All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The animals are amazing

The serene was out of this world, the privacy in the Charlets is awesome and the animals gives it that exotic feeling. The staff especially the lady named (Judith) was very welcoming and always willing to go an extra mile. The owner Marti van Staden was also friendly

Not having a choice of what to eat , you just have to settle for what is being served without checking the guest's dietary plans. Also the security needs tighten up. The Charlets's setup is not so friendly to use, no closet to store our personal belongings. We understand is the safari vibes but the bathrooms also need a bit of makeover. Also petcontrol is needed. You should consider getting more staff (housekeeping, kitchen, groundsman & security). About the shared kitchen it should be clear when booking because it seems as if each sharlet has its own kitchen. The road must be maintained because it got difficult to drive on because of rain. The place is not friendly for people with disabilities

The property was old and not clean

The welcoming at simba is wonderfull. The staff is professional and very helpful. The food is out of the world with the taste of bushveld. The owner is professional in everything that she faces.

Marti is an exceptional host. Her staff member, Judith, provided invaluable assistance in selecting the appropriate Chalet. My visit encompassed a Marula session, set amidst the refreshing natural environment and the serene sounds of birds. Additionally, we were greeted by King (the Lion) and a friendly Leopard en route to breakfast. The premises were impeccably clean and offered a highly relaxing atmosphere. I anticipate returning for a game drive with my companion. Breakfast was the best 👌 👍 😍
