Worst property I have dealt with. The management are rude, do not answer phones and when you try as ask for assistance, they respond with it’s not their responsibility to respond to their clients. Would not recommend this to anyone

The staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The animal feeding was exciting.

We arrived around 17h00 at the gate after a 5-hour drive, to enjoy wife's birthday. No instructions were provided about the entrance and there was very poor network to contact host. It was getting dark quickly and got very uncomfortable until we got a call after about 3hrs to assist. We could not get anything to eat at that time. The host was in the office throughout our stay but never came out to acknowledge our presence. Information about entrance and closing time need to be displayed on booking.com

The whole staff is so friendly and always made sure we are serviced well at all times. The sounds of the animals was the most epic thing. We loved and enjoyed everything.

The road was bad when driving out after it rained

The quiet bush and the predators calling at night. The breakfast was delicious. The hostess was super nice.

We stayed in the chalets and had a communal kitchen and braai area. What would be really nice is if we atleast had a kettle in our chalet and I didn’t have to get dressed every morning to make my morning coffee.

The lions experience was great 😃 Seeing a Tiger too was awesome and the stuff Juddy 🙏🏾

The road is bad for small private cars, we had to think about going out to the town but the road was against the decision since there nothing much u can do at the premises 😤😤
