The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and the coffee is great. Located in a quiet area near Thiên Mụ Pagoda, this place offers a peaceful atmosphere. I chose it because it's close to my workplace, and it takes just 10 minutes by motorbike to reach the city center and the walking street.

Everything was great, except for one issue. The guy who seemed to be the assistant manager at the checkout desk was too lazy to get the bank information for my payment. I had to wait about 30 minutes. Other than that, all the staff were very helpful—just this one guy was the exception.

Staying at Mandarin Homestay was an absolute delight. The peaceful and authentic atmosphere made it feel like walking through a real temple.. it’s calm, serene, and full of character. It was a refreshing contrast to the other places I’ve stayed in Vietnam, offering a truly unique and intimate experience. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to the bartender, who made an amazing coffee which was the perfect start to each morning. The on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, serving delicious meals that added to the overall charm of the stay. If I ever return to Hue, I would stay here again without hesitation. It’s a perfect retreat for anyone looking for something authentic, peaceful, and different from the typical tourist experience. Highly recommended!

Some better ventinaltion would be nice!
