Excellent breakfast cooked and presented to perfection. Very welcoming and supplies topped up in your room during stay if needed - towels, toiletries, toilet rolls. Good location for all local attractions nearby.

17th century building with narrow staircase to room at top of the house, but host offers to carry your suitcase if you need help.

"Lovely weekend break"

9.0

The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The availability of Wideye toiletries products (a local brand with shop down the road) was a pleasant surprise. The staff are extremely friendly, and the email with detailed information on the area, local restaurants etc in advance was super helpful, particularly as we were travelling on a bank holiday. The breakfast is superb and a big portion, great if you're planning a hike afterwards, and the slice on cake in the afternoon was amazing.

Everything was really good. For anyone with mobility issues it may be a challenging place to stay, as there are a lot of stairs due to the historic nature of the building.

"Excellent B&B would def stay again"

9.0

The staff were so friendly and helpful Bed was very comfy , and the room was spotless and had lots of little extra touches that made a stay more comfy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious ,table linen was crisp and white and The Manager was just lovely. Could not do enough for us.

The-only little thing and it was not a problem was there is quite a lot of black mould around the hand rail and the plug was broke and the tv kept losing signal, they were minor thing (we were in the Mulberry Suit) it did it spoil our stay .
