Attractive room, great location, fantastic breakfasts, pleasant staff,coffee and cake treat included, very clean, fresh milk and bottled water in fridge. Dealt effectively with mix up over bed arrangement.

Room was very warm even with radiator off. Had to open windows overnight. Access to bathroom and wardrobe awkward.

Great location. Very personable service and the breakfast is a must! This was our second stay.

Nothing to dislike

A very comfortable and fully equipped room and the staff we encountered were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The breakfast options were varied and all cooked to a high standard using quality ingredients. Being centrally located we were in the heart of Rye with restaurants and shops easily accessible.

Excellent breakfast in a pleasant sun room with a lovely view. Linen tablecloths and napkins and helpful staff. Everything was cooked fresh and was delicious

The only ‘slight’ disappointment was the coffee which was a little weak for our tastes. We did have a second cup but it was no better! Surprising in a coffee shop?

Our stay here was amazing!! The room, the location, the beds and the beautiful breakfast! One of the best places we have stayed and can not recommend highly enough.
