Everything was perfect from the decor to the bedding all done to a very high standard, Breakfast was exceptional quality location was perfect host were brilliant.

Incredibly friendly staff at a gorgeous b&b right in the centre of Rye. Location couldn’t be better and allowed us to pop in and out throughout the day as we needed which was great. Breakfast was also really well organised and was delicious. Overall made for a great stay away for a couple and would highly recommend.

Jeremy was an impeccable host - he messaged me beforehand to confirm our arrival time, and when we got there, he greeted us and showed us around. We had many a fun chat about our shared love of theater. Our room as well as the whole B&B was exceptionally cozy and cute - every detail of the decor felt thoughtfully planned out. We especially loved the lounge and roof terrace - we took many a sunset photo out on the terrace! The bathroom was HUGE and pretty, and the water pressure in the shower was great. In the evening when we got back, candles had been lit in the common areas, and the whole place just smelled divine and felt so romantic and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, with very generous portions of coffee and tea and every request catered to. Aside from the issues mentioned below, we felt really comfortable and at home in our room and the B&B in general.

I think the cleaning person forgot to check the small bin in the bathroom, as there was a tiny bit of trash in there when we arrived. The biggest issue for me was noise - it was my fault because I didn't double-check when I booked the room, but if you're a sensitive sleeper like me, I would recommend not booking the room that faces the street like we did (it's called Dench, if that helps, as in Judi) because the building is old (which gives it its charm, but can also be an issue with regard to soundproofing), the walls and windows are thin and you can hear absolutely everything!

Amazing location, brilliant attention , stunning interiors (including yummy scents), delicious breakfast … and that terrace! Highly recommend.

Loved the balcony and the quirkiness of the room and facilities, right in the heart of Rye. Also an excellent breakfast !

Owners were lovely, breakfast was excellent, lovely view from roof terrace. Great location, close to everything.

Quaint uneven floors in old building inevitably affect comfort sometimes! Would definitely come again.
