"We had an amazing stay at the Tea House. The property was beautiful and the location was fantastic!"

The location was amazing. Shops, pubs and restaurants right outside the door and everything within a short walk. The property itself was also full of character. And felt quiet and relaxed inside. Brenda was a great host. Greeted us on arrival and was very helpful.

"Beautiful room in an excellent location"

Excellent location (central and convenient but not noisy), very clean and really nicely finished. The place has real character, and was a perfect base for us for a weekend away.

"Rye is wonderful and there is no better place to stay than The Tea House"

The location was incredible, right in the middle of town with brilliant restaurants and shops all around. The room beautiful and very well kept. we wanted for nothing. More than anything the host was unbelievable, she was so kind, caring and welcoming to us and our stay would not gave been nearly as incredible without her
