Great location, comfortable stay

Nothing to dislike

Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful host, quirky, characterful building and room. Bright and airy, spacious despite low ceilings. Everything is in easy walking distance. Plenty of resources - maps, ideas for things to do in the main lobby. Had a set of binoculars to borrow - great for the nearby nature reserves.

No breakfast - although, there were plenty of amazing bakeries and brunch spots within 5 mins of the accommodation, so was no bad thing in the end! The Price was a bit steep, but all accommodation in Rye at this time of year is pricey, so in context, felt it was reasonable.

Nothing not to like about the Tree House, not good for tall people though , but that’s part of the charm of the rooms, fair warming Is given for bumping heads

The location is great, the room was comfortable

There was no breakfast even though we had received an email on 16 May saying a continental breakfast was available When we arrived at 4.30 we got told off but the owner as she wanted to go out

Lovely cottage in excellent location. Friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was not available but host recommended an excellent cafe very close by. Local maps and info available (and plenty of teabags etc)

Fine for us, but wonky stairs and floors, and some low beams, could make it challenging for someone with limited mobility (or very tall). Also parking was a bit of a walk, so make sure your luggage is easy to carry.

The host was very generous with little touches in the room which made the stay feel very special. The house if full of character and charm.
