The property backs onto the beach, location amazing proximity to shops and gym etc.. value for money is so good, very friendly owners, they have a cute dog that sits by your feet at breakfast, they clean your room daily, delicious breakfast! I will definitely stay here again.

Die Dusche hatte leider kaum Wasserstrahlen

Le petit déjeuné était parfait, les banana pancakes 🤩 Nous avons pêcher un mahi mahi le matin et l’hôte nous a cuisiné notre poisson le soir c’était incroyable et d’une gentillesse folle ! La chambre était super pour nous ! Nous avons loué un scooter sur place et toutes les bonnes adresses nous ont été donnés ! Merci à toute la famille pour leur gentillesse !

View of the volcano and the sea in one glance. Room was comfy and very clean. Balcony area was breezy. Room was made and cleaned every day! Came back to a room with cleaned floors, and a made bed. WOW! Pleasantly surprised. Hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Beautiful sunset on the rooftop terrace unmatched by any other places in close proximity. Convenient location right in the middle of Amed Central. Food, beach, dive shops, all within walking distance.

Air conditioning was weak, but kept the room cooler than the outside. Don't expect it to maintain anything below 26C. But the fan worked well to spread out the cold air. No hot water and soap for the shower which wasnt explicitly stated. Arrived at 1130pm and most of the shops had closed by then. So we had a refreshing cold shower. We got used to it quickly and it was refreshing.

L’accueil chaleureux et serviable, l’emplacement centre ville et au pied de la plage, la grande terrasse vue mer et le rooftop vue 360 pour des sunset de folie, salle de bain agréable (pas d’eau chaude mais vu la chaleur c’était pas dérangeant), petit dej excellent, laundry service (additionnel). On s’y sent comme à la maison, il y a une bonne vibe !

Clim pas ultra efficace mais possibilité de faire un courant d’air car chambre traversante

Really friendly family, good breakfast of fruit and eggs with toast, room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the volcano and the sea, terrace balcony was lovely to sit out on and the roof terrace was a great space to watch the sunset.

The hot water for the shower was a bit temperamental

- THE VIEW is absolutely everything. I loved seeing the ocean from the bed, the colors of the sunset and sunrise - you can see the starry sky at night, loved that too - I found the room very clean - it’s right at the beach, you can reach the corals area in 5-7 min walking - it’s close to restaurants & bars

- no soap provided, bring your own - only cold water in the shower, but it wasn’t an issue since it’s hot outside - the street to get to the apartment is narrow and with garbage, but I guess this is out of their control Honestly, the beautiful view over the sea made it up for almost all of this!
