The view is beautiful, especially from the roof. Sony and his family are helpful, hospitable and friendly.

Sony and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. Sony gave us a lot of information about the area and took us on an amazing boat trip to do some snorkeling. We also had a nice massage on the roof top terrace. The room was nice with a little balcony and sea view.

the view this property had was absolutely out of this world. clear view of mount Agung. when we got to the rooftop I didn’t realise quite how spectacular it was going to be!!

No air con but it’s doable if it’s not a long stay!

From the day I checked in until the day I checked out, Sony and his family have been incredible host, if you after an authentic stay with locals, this is the place to stay!! It has a roof top overlooking the ocean, and an awesome view on Mount Agung!! Anything you need or want to do, just ask Sony, he took me fishing on a traditional boat, his wife gave me one of the best massage I ever had in Bali. When I checked in I was early, Sony invited me for a cup of coffee on the roof top while the room was being prepared, when I checked out I realised that the back tyre of my bike was flat and guess what?? Sony was there to have it sorted in no time!! My stay with them was one to remember and I do not think I can thanks them enough!! Probably the cheapest place I stayed in Bali, but definitely 5***** host!!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you to you and your family, Suny, you made my stay in Amed the best memory I had for a while!!

Sony and his family were very helpful and offered to help with anything we needed. The breakfast on the rooftop each morning was great and the view over the beach (a very short walk to crystal clear water) and Mt Agung was amazing. So many great places to eat and drink around and experience the real Bali. Thanks Sony!

While not a real problem, it was unseasonally hot and while the ceiling fan and open windows for a sea breeze was good, air conditioning would have been a bonus, but we knew this when we booked so not a real problem.

- the view from the terrace is amazing (mountain and sea view) - balcony on the room to hang out also with a nice view - location very central and close to the beach

- small breakfast without options to choose from - no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom - the design of the bathroom window is very odd with an open space that exposes you to the outside which makes privacy on the toilet a bit uncomfortable, also you can’t see yourself in the mirror as it hangs way too deep

Good location and clean property. Good breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful staff, Sony was brilliant and helped to arrange scooter and trip to Gili Islands at good price. great views from roof terrace area.
