B&B Palazzo San Michele

Great little find in a perfect location for all Bari has to offer! Amazing breakfast selection, lovely spacious rooms and a balcony with a great view into an Old Town street. Loved it!

it was centrally situated in the old town and the staff were extremely helpful. We arrived at the airport in Bari at midnight and it is very unusual to find staff that would be so helpful with luggage and parking so late at night and the staff at San Michele were all so friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Great breakfast and excellent service. Only negative is getting up to the unit, very narrow and steep staircase however the staff carried up our luggage and they were extremely helpful overall.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was ideal, being centrally located and within walking distance to both the historical attractions and the train station, making it easy to explore beyond the city. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would recommend this B&B for its convenient location and tasty breakfast.

The late night noise which cannot be attributed to the B&B or the staff

The communication is terrible - this was a company stay and 1 month later they have not provided an inovice requested. They were contacted multiple times, even by Booking.com Customer Service.

A lovely modern apartment on the 2nd floor. Great bathroom which complimented the apartment. A great continental breakfast was served on the 3rd floor. The young waitress that looked after us on our first morning was helpful & friendly.

We found the apartment hard to find and found it 25minutes later than we advised following our walk from the train station. The property manager wasn't happy about that although he worked across from the apartment. I would have appreciated better communication from him. Also the maid was there to usher us out 5 minutes before check out time. Regardless, we loved the apartment.
