A warm welcome to a home from home environment Beautiful garden with seating areas for guests to relax Delicious breakfast adapted to individual needs and timed to perfection to be served at its best Location made both north Cornwall and Devon easily accessible yet there was no road noise to disturb us overnight Nothing was too much trouble for Terry and Allison to ensure that my mobility challenges could be met We were also impressed that unlike most Bed and Breakfast establishments bringing in takeaway was actively encourages with the provision of crockery, cutlery and even a microwave to make sure that curry was really hot

Alison and Terry were very friendly and welcoming. They did everything to ensure we had all we needed. It was unusually cold for September, so Terry lit the wood burning stove in the cosy guest sitting room, and put the heating on in our bedroom. The room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of drawers and a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers. It had views of the lovely garden which, sadly, wasn’t warm enough to sit in! Terry gave us lots of useful local information. The breakfast was absolutely delicious… the best I’ve had in a B&B!

The location

We had a wonderful few days at West Point guest house. We received a really warm welcome and were made to feel at home straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for Terry and Allison who went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay, even lighting the Log burner for us on a slightly chilly August evening. It felt like a real “ home from home”, thank you both so much.

If there was any negative at all it was just that you really needed to get in the car to find somewhere to eat or drink but it was not a problem for us.
