LA VISTA E OTTIMA, MA LE STRADE SONO PICCOLOSSIME NON TUTTE LE MACCHINE POSSONO ANDARE FINO AL ALBERGO , ALMENO DOVREBBE AVERTIRE PRIMA CHE NON POSSONO VENIRE TUTTE LE MACCHINE.

LA CENA ERA PESSIMO DOVUTO ASPETTERE PIU DI UN ORA DOPO L'ORDINAZIONE IN QUANTO MI HANNO DETTO CHE IN 20 MINUTI SAREBBE PRONTO. COLAZIONE ERA SCHIFOSO, INIZIO CON QUALCHE PEZZODO FRUTTA, E L'UOVO. PIENO DI MOSCHE SUI TAVOLI, SERVIZIE PESSIMO NEMMENO UN BICCHIERE D'ACQUA.

I loved the hosts they were very loving and made us feel so comfortable perfect room size for 5 guests. 10 minute walk into town with perfect views of waterfalls and monkeys and birds

Only view was good

We had booked the room for 2 days..but the room was full of insects...despite the door being closed..and the mattress was full of insects living in the mattress..we changed the room and stayed only one night..but they did not refund our money for the second night.

The hospitality and the view from the balcony was top Notch. Staff is very helpful and our overall experience was amazing!

Hillcrest Ella has really amazing views. You can view the entire hill range including the Little Adam’s peak, Ravana Falls and few others. If the timing is right, you can also see the famous Sri Lanka train pass by through the mountains. The hotel was also very sweet to give us an upgrade when we informed them it was our anniversary trip.

Location and the view from the rooms is great.
