The owner and housekeeper were both really friendly and helpful. This place is somewhere between a hostel and a hotel, so you have individual bedrooms but shared facilities, and it works well at that, everything is clean and well kept. Each room has its own fridge and kitchen storage cupboards. If you like to meet people it's worth staying in. Note that you need to contact the owner to be able to use the laundry, and the laundry does have a small cost for it, but it was easy enough to do. This isn't the kind of place I normally stay in, but it was nice enough

I was in the 1 bed room. It was quite small and difficult to get about in, and the bed was right up against the window so the curtains kept getting in the way of sleeping. The bed itself was alright but not super comfortable. It was really difficult to figure out the fan too. The bedside light was not working properly and kept flickering on for half a second during the night so I ended up unplugging it when I needed to sleep. As it's hostel-like place, there are quite a few rules for guests, which might not be everyone's preference.

Nous regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir eu de véritable explication à notre arrivée. En effet, lorsque nous sommes arrivés au logement, la propriétaire était au téléphone et nous a juste dit de monter nos affaires, sans nous donner les clés de la chambre ni nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. Elle nous a indiqué de regarder les instructions qu’elle avait envoyées, mais nous ne les avions pas reçues. Il y a notamment un système assez spécifique pour la cuisine que nous aurions aimé connaître afin d’éviter de devoir chercher partout pour comprendre. Donc une expérience globalement au top, mais il serait appréciable de prendre un peu de temps avec les clients à leur arrivée.

No curtains at front window. Sun in the eyes every morning.

The house was surrounded by beautiful trees (avocado, coconut, mango…), the coqi frogs sang softly and sweetly, the view from the balcony at coffee time was chefʻs kiss perfect. The hostess, Diana, was warm, welcoming, and full of aloha. Bed was just right, shower was great. It felt like home.

The owner, Diana, is very friendly and takes great care to ensure I have a pleasant stay.
