Classy, central. Even though there’s no on site parking … the available parking is easy and just a two minute walk .

Comfy but I think it may be too warm in hot weather in the bedrooms. The Residents only area is very good. Excellent service.

Quirky design, comfy beds, lovely touches such as fresh milk for coffee & biscuits. It was undergoing some renovations but staff ensured it didn’t spoil our stay at all. Lovely breakfast included & staff are friendly & welcoming.

The room was a bit smaller than expected.

All the staff were kind polite and attentive. Our rooms were lovely and our beds were comfortable.

I arrived after midnight, and the staff were very accommodating. Sending me a whatsapp video on where to park, key location and direction to room. All very above and beyond.

Excellent stay, the staff were very good, nothing was too much trouble. Five star rating.

Room 4 was v good, I had that room and v good, loved the toiletries, view of roofs, spacious, and v enjoyable to be in. Room 12 was v good, bathroom excellent, no issues. Breakfast was v good, cooked food was especially good. Black pudding sausage roll excellent, roasted nuts and granola was v good as was the compote. Welcome drink was a nice touch, as is the parking voucher. Residents lounge excellent, lovely addition and we really enjoyed the space. Really like the refreshed drinks menu, including the Norfolk fizz. Lovely staff who were helpful and welcoming.

Room 5 had some issues, which were valid. In hindsight on arrival and with a strange smell we should have tried to change that room that would have been a better outcome. I do think if you are offering a room with no view (false windows) this should be highlighted (I don't think it was) and I wouldn't have chosen that. Dinner was OK. 2 of us had curry, accompaniments were good, curry itself was just a bit underwhelming and didn't feel like it was homemade.
