Comfortable rooms, pleasant inner courtyard and breakfast area, very safe building and area. Luisa is a kind and very welcoming host - I was glad to get to meet her, only regretted she was there only one of the three days I stayed.

"Beautiful building with very helpful people"

Villa la Punta is a beautiful building in a phenomenal location. The owner & staff were beyond helpful. Tea is provided all day & a large breakfast is served (we had eggs, local bread, etc). It is located between a very popular area for dining with a large park and the beach with a lovely sidewalk you can stroll for a long, scenic walk.

Location was away from hustle of Lima.

Location was fairly far from Lima. Uber costs and traffic added up. Loud door bell woke us up at 2:45am one night. On another night, loud commotion at 3am and someone tried to open our door. We were told that it was a drunk guest trying to leave the locked premises and couldn’t get out.
