Difficult to reach as uphill and very steep, breakfast choices (only eggs and toast, 1 sausage besides fresh fruit)

The peaceful environment in the property area. The room with a wrap around balcony.

Some difficulty finding the property, there should be more signs. On Booking, it is called Waterfall Accommodation, but in reality it is called Villa Vanilla. In the 4 nights we stayed there, the room was never decently cleaned, nor were the towels changed. We only had hot water for showers on the first day, on the other days it was always cold. Inadmissible for those who pay €100 on average per night.

Location is fantastic breakfast was also good.

The supervisor lady needs to understand that her guests are paying customers. Was very rude when I just requested that I need to use the stove for my coffee percalator. She came and dumped two plates of eggs on our table outside our room and just walked away - bfast wasnt even for us. Said she is super busy even though there was probably one 2-3 other rooms there. Not my fault they have a 2 x plate stove to feed every one in the mornings.

I don't understand bad reviews. It's not brand new hotel, but it's one of a kind. Staff is always welcoming and nice to me. The view is stunning and you are really feeling submerged in nature. Room was super spacious and AC worked just fine. Just close windows before the sunset and you won't get any insects during the night. It's just common sense.

Hot water was not working, but as it was pretty hot weather it was not a big deal.

Staff refused to show us the room before we'd paid and told us that we would be inconvenienced by noise and dust during the day. Restaurant area smelled very strongly of varnish/thinners. Breakfast had poor choice, undrinkable coffee. No drinking water in room. Pool was dirty when we arrived. Safe didn't work

We liked the swimming pool area, the room and the terrace was quite big and comfortable. The villa was really cozy and immersed in the nature. The staff was nice and polite.

The housekeeping did not provide new towels and breakfast had very few options.
