Breakfast was excellent! Management (Hayley) was courteous and very responsive.

Breakfast, i.e., what was being served to you that day (no options), was very good.

The oatmeal dish for breakfast was pretty good. The bed was fairly comfortable. No pets allowed.

Not sure why this had such good reviews unless the reviews were by people with low standards. This place is not very well maintained. The plumbing obviously needs help as the bathroom faucet was about to fall apart. Cleanliness was questionable. No tissues or bathroom cups available. Our room was below the kitchen and it was noisy if anyone was walking in the kitchen. A water valve in the wall by the bed made a sound like someone snoring (trust me, it wasn't us). Besides the oatmeal dish which was decent, the breakfast was one very greasy, undercooked egg and overcooked charred sausage. It seemed there was no exhaust fan in the kitchen so the whole main floor reeked of grease during breakfast even causing our clothes to smell.

It really needs a deep clean.

Large room and bathroom. Nice beds though softer than I prefer. Good home cooked breakfast.

Seeing that this is a B&B, you can hear folks walking around in the bedroom above you. Also no way to control the room temperature, either a bit too cold or warm.

Breakfast was good.

AC set too cold. Neighborhood was undesirable.
