"Amazing!"

Amazing place, very well located, a few meters from the beach. Restaurants, shops, public transport, train station, and all the touristic atractions close. The hosts are super kind and easy to communicate with.

Very clean comfortable room with your own bathroom. Location is convenient, very central which was convenient as I need to be in Nice-Ville station the next day.

Great location and communication with host.

Possibly my error but I hadn't realised this was a room let in someone's home. I was a little surprised and slightly uncomfortable on intruding. Room was clean but fairly small.

"Breakfast at Sofies is in a great location not far from the beach, old town etc."

I like the location, there is an elevator available and air conditioning.

It would be good to have an iron available. Overall the Appartment is comfortable.
